“Hi, I’m Amy, and I’ve been with JPL since 2016. Before this, I worked at one of Australia's largest doughnut chains, but I was seeking a bigger challenge - enter my journey from doughnuts to diamonds. Starting as an Assistant Store Manager with no jewellery experience, I relied on my management skills and a willingness to learn. With the support of incredible mentors and hands-on training, I quickly grew in my leadership role. Now, after almost 9 years at my Goldmark store, I’ve gone from knowing nothing about jewellery to becoming educated in the field. I’ve helped turn my store into a national award-winner and played a key role in numerous milestones for customers, from engagement rings to first earrings. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful for every step along the way."

"I started as a Casual Sales Assistant in 2022 while completing high school and quickly realised that JPL was the perfect environment to grow. When the opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager arose after graduation, I was excited to take on the challenge. During time in the role, I was proud to contribute to the Company’s success with the support of an amazing management team. In 2024, after a year of experience, I was promoted to Store Manager, where I now mentor my team and continue to expand my skills. The journey has been full of valuable experiences, and I’m eager to continue progressing my career with JPL.”
